Toby Buerger will present a collaborative program on Goal Setting and Benchmarking using the phenomenal ABWA WIN online courseroom. Attendees will learn practical and effective perspectives on these valuable business concepts which can be used in any business. We will also explore the most important benefits and features of WIN, the ABWA online communication and learning center!

About the Speaker
Toby Buerger is an operations specialist for Business Dynamix Solutions, LLC, where she implements marketing and operations strategies for small business owners. She joined the company in May 2011.

Her management experience in retail sales and banking, coupled with the work she has done in Rotary International and the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), has allowed her to focus on her passion of helping others through her work.

Toby is involved in Rotary International and is a Past President of Collier Rotary and Past Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 6960, and serves local business women with personal and professional development as a Past President for two consecutive terms and SWFL Council Delegate with the Neapolitan Chapter of the American Business Woman’s Association (ABWA). Since 2006, Toby has served as the Hospitality Chair, Vice President of Membership, Women In History Co-Chair, Website Redesign Chair and Admin, ABWA District I Conference Co- Chair. In 2010 Toby was awarded the ABWA SWFL Council Woman of the Year Award.

Toby is originally from Fair Lawn, NJ, and moved to join her family in Naples in 1999. She attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI, and graduated with degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Management.
