Fun & Frivolity

WEAR YOUR NAME BADGE TO ALL SOCIAL EVENTS, AT LEAST WHEN ARRIVING, IT HELPS US FIND EVERYONE.

Events planned as Fun & Frivolity are just that – no business is conducted. These events do not contribute to or pull from the chapter budget. They do not count toward Perfect Attendance. Join us if you can. And please be considerate and comply with RSVP deadlines. Thanks.

This year's Social Committee (aka "Fun & Frivolity") is headed by Rachelle Youman phone 239-404-3681.

The Social Committee:

• Plans strictly social gatherings quarterly or more often.

• Notifies all members of the event (date, time, place and cost).

• 'Social' gatherings are optional to attend. They do not count toward 'Perfect Attendance'.

• 'Social' gatherings are to be designed strictly as opportunities for members to meet, mingle and have fun. There is to be no business conducted at a 'Social' gathering.

• 'Social' gatherings can be a stand alone event such as a member offering to host a party at their home, or they can be piggy back events such as attending an event as a group.

• 'Social' gatherings can be designed as 'Members' only and others that include non-members (i.e., spouses, friends, family).

• 'Social' gatherings can be simple such as agreeing to meet as a group for Happy Hour; or they can be elaborate such as chartering a bus for a shopping trip or concert out of town.

• The Chapter will not bear costs of any 'Social' gathering as a part of the budget. Any cost involved is the responsibility of those attending.
