Our Beginnings

The Neapolitan Chapter held its first organizational meeting in February, 1989. The Chapter was sponsored by the national offices of ABWA and the new Chapter formation committee consisted of six national members who had previously been members of another local Chapter. Their goal was to form a Chapter for local professional women combining networking, friendship, and informative programs. The Chapter held its chartering installation ceremony with 26 Chapter members in May, 1989.
 

Some of the charter members are Judy Jacobs, Susie Mehas and Debby Cox.
